Atelier-Serenité Returns Policy
If you received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@atelier-serenite.com to discuss the issue further.
If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of the return shipment. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
- Please download, print, and complete the return form if you haven’t done so already. You can request the return form via the contact form below.
- Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@atelier-serenite.com via email.
- After approval, ensure that your return is well-packaged and complies with all the conditions below.
- Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of the package.
- Use an insured and trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@atelier-serenite.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- All returns must be shipped using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
- The return form must be approved; unapproved returns may not be processed.
Easy Returns in Three Steps
Step 1: Request the Return Form
Submit your order number, email address, and reason for return via the contact form below.
Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure your package includes a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received the returned package, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within five business days.
